Once these steps are finished, then consider a performance exhaust. This will result in less back pressure, more horsepower and a more aggressive exhaust note. Do some homework to make sure you are purchasing from a retailer that can provide you the best recommendation for your specific model of car. Buying the right part the first time, before you install it, will make sure yo get the performance gains you paid for.
